STRUCTURE
The International Lyceum of Kazakhstan-Turkey (MLKT) is an educational institution owned by the Cultural Foundation of Central Asia. Its organization is as follows:
FOUNDER:

     Cultural Foundation of Central Asia was established in 1998 in Almaty by entrepreneurs and academicians of the Republic of Turkey as well as scholars and scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the 2015-2016 academic year, Kazakhstan-Turkey International Lyceum complemented the list of universities, professional lyceums, research institutes, colleges, and language training centers under the Foundation's control. Thus, the Foundation acquired the status of a non-state institution providing education at all levels. 

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT BODY:

     Supreme Management Council of the MLKT. It consists of founding members of the Foundation and persons appointed by the President of the Foundation. The Supreme Management Council is the highest decision-making body of the Lyceum. It appoints the leadership of the MLKT; approves its councils; rates and pays salaries of administrative, managerial, pedagogical, and support staff; sets the budget of the lyceum; assigns quota for students; makes decisions on core issues. 

EXECUTIVE:

     Principal of the MLKT. The principal is the Chief Executive official responsible for the Lyceum. He acts within the framework of the principles, authorities, tasks, and responsibilities depicted in the determinations of the Foundation and the MLKT. He is appointed by the President of the Foundation and the Chairman of the MLKT's Supreme Management Council for 1 year.

SUPERVISORY BOARD:

     The elected body acts under the decisions of the MLKT. It monitors the budget and activities of the lyceum, submitting a written report to the High Office.

SPONSORS BOARD:

     It consists of people who sponsor the MLKT and provide material and moral assistance. The Council of Sponsors contributes to lyceum development and growth.

EXECUTIVE BODY:

     Management Board of the MLKT. It contributes to the quality conduct and streamlining of the educational, training, and research work in the lyceum following the law, standards, rules, and regulations. It consists of the administration of the lyceum and experienced teachers. It is established and regulated by the Chairman of the Supreme Management Council.

ACADEMIC BODY:

     Teacher Council. The Teacher Council is a permanent governing body for all the activities of the lyceum. The task of the Teacher Council is to coordinate and unite the efforts of the teaching staff to improve the quality of the entire pedagogical process and humanize education. Modern management of academic, educational, and instructional curricular activities. All teachers, psychologists, doctors, and heads of Parents' Councils are members of the Teacher Council. The Principal of the lyceum is the Teacher Council's head manager.
