The director of the PI "International Lyceum Kazakhstan-Turkey" together with the supreme governing body of the lyceum, the authorized body and other educational institutions develops, approves and implements the lyceum development program, curriculum, internal regulations.

Plans, coordinates and controls the work of teachers and other employees of the lyceum and other employees. Carries out selection and placement of personnel. Determines the duties of employees, creates conditions for improving their professional skills. Supports a favorable moral and psychological climate in the team. Forms a contingent of students, ensures their social security.
