Sabri Hizmetli

    President of the MLKT, Chairman of the Cultural Foundation of Central Asia and the Supreme Management Council of the Lyceum, Academician Doctor, Professor Sabri HIZMETLI. Sabri Hizmetli, born in 1952 in the village of Eskikarahisar, Kangal district of Sivas province, graduated from the Selçuk University and the Karatai Boys Lyceum in the city of Konya, after that graduating from the Sorbonne-III magistracy and Sorbonne-IV doctoral studies. He continued his education in Paris, France, at the Faculty of Philosophy Descartes of the Sorbonne-IV University and studied languages at the University of Modern Languages Bourguiba in Tunisia. He conducted humanities research at the University of Zeitouni in Tunisia.
   Returning to Turkey with a Ph.D. in Arabic Studies in 1980, Sabri Hizmetli held a teaching and managing position at Ankara University until 2003. From 1986 to 1988, he worked as a lecturer at the University of Es-Senyi in the Algerian city of Oran. Since 1999, he was a rector at the International Turkish-Kazakh University named after Khoja Ahmed Yassaui in Kazakhstani cities, Shymkent and Turkestan (1999-2005), and then at the University of Foreign Languages and Business Career in Almaty.
   Sabri Hizmetli speaks many foreign languages and thus published about 70 books and hundreds of scientific articles in foreign languages. He is the founder and the chairman of the Supreme Board of the Cultural Foundation of Central Asia, the Higher Kazakh-Turkish Humanitarian and Technical College, the International Lyceum Kazakhstan-Turkey, Research Institute named after "Kultegin", and President of the Kazakh-Turk International Academy.
